This beauifully appointed, absolutely private, self-contained, suite is situated on a unique 6 acre property in town. CREATURE COMFORTS B & B has a country aspect, just a few minutes from the post office, and promises some peaceful walks on the property as a nice finish to the day. We include treats to make this a special time for our customers, but a real surprise could be ROMANTIC WEEKEND GETAWAYS or an all important EXECUTIVE WEEKEND.
On arrival, you will find freshly baked cookies, chocolates, coffee ready to brew, quality teas and in the refrigerator, generous provisions for a hearty continental breakfast.
Enjoy the outdoors at the private Garden setting which is the entry to the Non-Smoking, Two roomed suite with King and Queen beds, fitted with fine linen and electric blankets, extra pillows, Bathgowns and Clock radios for your exclusive use. (maximum of 4). King room can convert to two King Singles should the need arise.
For your convenience we have a Private sitting room which has a Kitchenette, equipped with toaster, electric kettle, electric grill, large electric frypan, egg centre, coffee brewer, a full size refrigerator and Austar TV.
Internet connection is available.
We have books and magazines for you to read, CD's and videos to play, games, Tourist information pamphlets and Iron and board.
The Reverse cycle A/C provides overall climate control, and separate heating has been installed in the bedrooms. Plush carpet covers the inner floors.
The luxury Guest bathroom has all personal requirements and a hairdryer.
Arrangements can be made with us for a Bag Wash of clothes at the local laundry.

This 2nd oldest house in Armidale (1864) is fully furnished with room for 6. The master bedroom has a very comfy queen sized bed, an office/ 2nd bedroom(double bed) has desk space, ADSL Internet and a Computer. The 3rd bedroom has 2 singles. The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. The laundry has a front loader and a dryer. The sitting room has a wood heater... wood is supplied for the first week. All linen and towels are supplied. There is a small back yard and a garage for parking.
Marsh House is walking distance to the CBD and a 5 minute drive to the University. Armidale is central to many National Parks and a good half way house between Sydney and Brisbane.
Farm Cottage B&B Bendemeer Located 10kms west of Bendemeer in a peaceful valley. Enjoy waking up to birdcalls, views of rolling hills and gumtrees. An early morning cuppa on your sun drenched verandah overlooking the paddocks as the cattle graze, is a relaxing way to start your day. Have a stroll by the creek or take a picnic (hampers require notice). Walk among the cows and calves as they graze (calving time is between July and October). Enjoy a game of tennis or just relax in the tranquil garden. A gourmet breakfast served in the garden consists of juice, fruits, free range eggs and fresh herbs picked straight from the garden, finished with homemade jams from our own fruit, and freshly baked bread, tea or plunger coffee. Local produce is used when in season. Delicious dinners are also available. Are you celebrating? Enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner and a later check out. We are environmentally friendly and non-smoking. Visit craft shops, wineries and lavender farm, in the local area, and further afield antique shops, museums, woollen mill and berry farm. We can arrange for a helicopter flight over the gorges, a picnic lunch and pick up from the front paddock. Go trout fishing in the McDonald River or at sunset look for the platypus under the old bridge. Bendemeer hosts a rodeo (Feb), art show(Apr), and an open garden weekend ( Feb.) each year. Claremont Crossing armidale Claremont Crossing is a fully self contained 2 story farmhouse in a pretty, peaceful setting. Downstairs contains 1 bedroom, bathroom,lounge, dining,TV room,kitchen and laundry. The 2nd level has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house can accomodate from 1 to 10 people comfortably, with sole use of the house. Tarrifs start at $180 double pn plus $30 per person pn for extra people. It would cost $420 per night for 10 people.
